ASTROLUV TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, registering or using the Astroluv mobile application or website (hereinafter, “the Platform”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

2. Service description

Astroluv is a dating app based on astrological compatibility, connecting people based on:

Western zodiac sign
Chinese zodiac
Numerology
personality tests
Other compatibility criteria depending on the contracted plan

Astroluv offers both free and premium features.

Astroluv does not act as a marriage agency nor does it guarantee affective or relational results.

3. Eligibility

You must have At least 18 years to use the Platform.
By registering you declare and guarantee that:
- You are 18 years of age or older.
- You have not been convicted of sexual offenses.
- You are not required to register as a sex offender.
- You have not been previously suspended or expelled from Astroluv.

Astroluv reserves the right to request age verification.

4. CHILD SAFETY POLICY AND ABSOLUTE PROHIBITION OF CSAE

Astroluv maintains a policy of zero tolerance against any form of child sexual exploitation or abuse.

It is strictly forbidden:

Creating profiles of minors.
Uploading, sharing, requesting, or storing any material that constitutes CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation).
Attempting to contact minors.
Representing minors in sexual content.
To encourage, facilitate or promote behaviors related to child exploitation.
Grooming or child recruitment behavior.

Any suspicion or detection of:

Content related to child abuse
Risky behaviors towards minors
Attempts at exploitation

It will be:

Removed immediately.
Reported to the competent authorities.
Reported to relevant international organizations (according to jurisdiction).
Reason for immediate and permanent termination of the account.

Astroluv actively cooperates with authorities and child protection organizations.

5. User Conduct

The user agrees:

Do not harass, intimidate, or threaten.
Do not post violent, discriminatory, or illegal content.
Do not share sexually explicit content.
Do not spam.
Do not impersonate others.
Do not use bots or automation.
Do not solicit money or commit fraud.

Astroluv may suspend or delete accounts without prior notice for violations.

6. Moderation and Security

Astroluv will be able to:

Monitor content automatically.
Review reports manually.
Delete profiles or content.
Suspend accounts preventively.

The Platform does not guarantee that all content will be reviewed in real time.

7. User Content

The user retains ownership of their content.

By publishing it, you grant Astroluv a license:

Not exclusive
Royalty free
To store, play, and display within the Platform

Astroluv may remove content that violates these terms.

8. Privacy and Data Protection (GDPR)

Astroluv complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Users have the right to:

Access
Rectification
Erasure
Portability
Restriction of processing

9. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions may be automatically renewed.
Cancellation must be made before the billing cycle.

10. Limitation of Liability

Astroluv:

It does not guarantee relational success.
It is not responsible for conduct outside the Platform.
It does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
It does not assume responsibility for indirect damages.

11. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for:

Violation of these Terms
Unsafe behaviors
Fraudulent activity

Users can delete their account from the app.

12 Modifications

Astroluv may update these Terms.
Continued use implies acceptance.

These Terms are governed by:

Spanish legislation
European Union regulations

Child Safety and Child Protection

Astroluv maintains a firm commitment to user safety and the protection of minors against any form of abuse or exploitation in digital environments.

The platform maintains a policy of Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation – CSAE).

It is strictly forbidden to use Astroluv for:

Create, share, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Publishing sexual content involving minors
Attempting to contact minors for inappropriate purposes or engaging in grooming
Soliciting sexual encounters with minors
Participating in any conduct that involves child exploitation or abuse

Any account that participates in these types of activities will be suspended or removed immediately, and the associated content will be removed from the platform.

When necessary, Astroluv will be able to Report these activities to the competent authorities or to organizations specializing in child safety, in accordance with applicable laws.

Age Restriction

Astroluv is an application intended exclusively for people over 18 years of age.

It's not allowed:

create accounts for minors
using the application while under 18 years of age
falsifying age-related information

If an account is found to belong to a minor, Astroluv may suspend or delete the account immediately.

Report of Inappropriate Conduct

Astroluv provides in-app tools that allow users to report:

suspicious profiles
inappropriate content
harassment or abusive behavior
possible cases of child exploitation

All reports are reviewed by the Astroluv moderation team and may result in actions such as:

removal of content
temporary suspension of accounts
permanent account deletion
report to authorities when appropriate
