These Child Safety Guidelines establish Astroluv's public standards for preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) behavior, in compliance with Google Play's child safety policies and applicable child protection laws.
These rules apply to all users, content, interactions, and functionalities available within the application, including profiles, messages, images, comments, user-generated content, and any other form of interaction within the platform.
- Zero Tolerance Policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Astroluv maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (CSAE).
It is strictly forbidden to use the platform for:
Create, share, solicit or distribute child sexual abuse material (Child Sexual Abuse Material – CSAM).
Publishing sexual content involving minors.

- Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following behaviors are strictly prohibited within Astroluv:
Share, store or distribute CSAM.
Requesting sexual material related to minors.
Participating in grooming or manipulation of minors.

Promoting, facilitating or concealing activities related to child exploitation.
Any conduct that may put the safety or integrity of a minor at risk.
These prohibitions apply to all user-generated content, including:

- Age Restriction
Astroluv is an application intended exclusively for users over 18 years of age.
It's not allowed:
create accounts for minors
using the application while under 18 years of age
falsifying age information
If Astroluv detects or receives reports that an account belongs to a minor, the account will be suspended or deleted immediately.
Astroluv reserves the right to implement reasonable age verification mechanisms when necessary.
- Reporting and Moderation System
The application includes mechanisms that allow users to report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the platform.
Users can report:
suspicious profiles
inappropriate content
harassment or abusive behavior
